Olive Oil

Olive oil is a dominant oil in our soap making for its high oleic acid content

and because it is a good skin cell regenerator.

 

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a main staple in the soap making because of its resistance to rancidity

and contribution towards making a hard bar of soap with a wonderfully fluffy lather.

It is useful in formulations for dry, itchy, sensitive skin.

 

Palm Oil

Palm oil is extracted from the fruit of the palm tree.

When used in cold process soap making it makes a hard bar with stable lather.

 

Avocado Oil

Avocado Oil is a rich, heavy oil that nourishes and restores dry, dehydrated skin.

It is high in Vitamins A and E.

 

Castor Oil

It acts as a humectant by attracting and retaining moisture to the skin.

Also contributes lots of bubbles to soap.

 

Rice Bran Oil

Rice Bran Oil is easily absorbed into the skin with no greasy residue.

Good for mature, delicate and sensitive skin.

 

Sweet Almond Oil

Great emollient characteristics on skin.

In soap making it helps condition the skin and creates a stable lather.

 

Hempseed Oil

It contains high levels of essential fatty acids and is excellent for dry skin.

 

Shea Butter

Shea butter is a particularly effective moisturizer because contains so many fatty acids,

which are needed to retain skin moisture and elasticity.

The high fatty acid content of shea butter also makes it an excellent additive to soap.

 

Cocoa Butter

Cocoa Butter has excellent moisturizing abilities and reveals good lubricity on the skin.
